Shipping

 

All New Zealand orders will be shipped via my current courier company for $9. Delivery is overnight for business addresses and 1-2 days for Urban delivery once payment has been received.  Rural delivery is $15, which can take up to 4 working days, and is dependent on which rural delivery company is used. If rural is not selected when delivery is rural, your order will be on hold until the extra fee is paid.

PO Boxes will be sent via NZ Post, 2-5 working days.

If Rural Delivery is not selected at checkout, and only the standard shipping is paid for, your order will be on hold until the extra amount is paid into our account. 

Australia is $25 and sent through NZ Post, which can take between 7 and 14 working days for delivery.

The United States and the rest of the world are $25 via NZ Post.  Delivery is 2-3 weeks, and delays are out of our control.

 

These times are approximate and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond my control. Custom orders can take approximately 1 week before dispatch, and you will be notified of the expected delivery time if it is longer than this.  Please order custom items in plenty of time before it is needed.
